POST/messages/{message_id}/feedbacks

Submit Message Feedback

Available for: Chatflow, Chatbot, Legacy Agent, Text Generator apps.

Records a like or dislike rating, plus an optional comment, on a message. Submitting null for rating revokes the message's existing feedback.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

Optional text feedback providing additional detail.

Feedback rating. Set to `null` to revoke previously submitted feedback.

Error handling

A 400 is returned: invalid_param : The required user field is omitted, or rating is null but there is no existing feedback to revoke. A 404 is returned: not_found : Message does not exist.
