Remove tag bindings from a knowledge base

Removes one or more tag bindings from a knowledge base. Supply target_id and either tag_ids or the legacy tag_id; use tag_ids for new integrations.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

The knowledge base and tags to unbind. Provide the required target_id and either tag_ids or the legacy tag_id.

204Returns confirmation that the tag binding removal succeeded.
403Returned when the API key is scoped to specific knowledge bases and does not have access to all knowledge bases.

Error handling

A 403 is returned when the API key is scoped to specific knowledge bases and does not have access to all knowledge bases. A 404 is returned when target_id does not identify an existing knowledge base. target_id is required, and you must provide either tag_ids with at least one tag ID or the legacy tag_id.
